5. Shipping and Customs (International Orders)
- Shipping: We ship globally. Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed.
- Customs & Duties (EU & Global):
- DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid): Unless explicitly stated otherwise, our shipments are sent DDU. This means the customer is responsible for paying any import duties, VAT, or taxes charged by their country’s customs department upon arrival.
Expert Enterprises is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.
6. Returns and Refunds
- Timeframe: You may return items within 14 days of receipt.
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product.
- Custom Orders: Customized or made-to-measure jeans are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
